Esmeralda Wellness LLC. was created as a tribute to Teresa’s late Grandmother, Esmeralda De La Cruz, “a curandera” which means “healing woman” in Latinx culture. Esmeralda believed in healing from within by fostering close community connections and sharing natural remedies. From a young age, Teresa witnessed her grandmother’s ability to unite communities and families through the power of food and herbal healing. Teresa is dedicated to continuing her grandmother’s legacy and empowering communities to transform their own lives.
